Indeed is one of the largest job sites in the world. They have millions of job listings from companies all over the globe. Their site claims that they have 9.8 new positions posted every second. You can search by location and keywords, and upload your resume for potential employers. They also have company reviews and information on salaries for thousands of careers and employers.

LinkedIn is a little bit like Facebook for your career. It's a networking and recruitment platform, where you can create a profile that becomes like an online resume. Recruiters are then able to find you by searching for skills or experience that you may possess. It also allows you to perform tailored job searches, as well as subscribe to recruitment or company pages, to keep up to date on what positions they have available. By linking with friends and colleagues, you can then expand your network and increase your exposure to potential employers. 
If you don't want to create a profile, you can still use the platform to search for available positions, but you obviously won't benefit from the networking aspect.
