Below are the links to the two formats of our Fact Find form. And below them you will find our online form which can be completed directly on our site. It's completely up to you which one you use. Just remember that your resume will ultimately only be as powerful as the information you provide us. So try to be as thorough as possible.

Make sure you include a copy of any existing resumes you may have, when you email the form back to us. If there are sections in the form that request information that you feel is already covered comprehensively in your existing resume, then there is no need to double up. Just write "refer to resume" in that section.

If you have Microsoft Word, or an equivalent program, you can download the above format, and type your information directly into the form, before emailing it directly back to us.

Resume Creation and Update Fact Find - PDF Document

If you don't have a Word processing program, then you can download and print off the above PDF version of the form. Once complete, you can then scan and send back to us. If you don't have access to a scanner, you may be able to use a smart phone to take pictures of your completed form, and then email the pictures, or converted file back through to us.

Finally, if you don't have access to Word processing software or a printer, you can complete and submit the below online form directly from our site, using your computer, smart phone or tablet device.
